A school is a temple of learning, where life lessons are being taught, where one gains the knowledge of life. It is the platform where students are prepared to face the challenges of life blended with failures and victories.

A preschool is definitely an exciting place for children, as this is their “ second home” where they explore ,gain a sense of self ,play with peers and build their self confidence. Education is above all awakening, awaking the power and beauty that lie within all of us. All children have great treasures within them. It is the duty of educators to instill the love of education in children.

As the Principal of St.Rose School, I feel honoured and privileged to be part of an educational institution , where every stakeholder is a learner and every day is an opportunity to learn and discover. We look at ourselves as a community of learners where everyone learns including our teachers and parents.

Times are changing and so is education. The students of 21st century are individuals, persons with feelings of self respect, responsibility and compassion. We need to recognize and appreciate this individuality of our students. Education is not about book and examination, it is an overall development of the students.

We the management of St.Rose school are grateful to the parents , and guardians for their sincere involvement in the school, without their single minded co-operation between the school and home we cannot offer the holistic education towards which we are striving.

During this unprecedented pandemic the school had experienced full support and cooperation from parents, guardians ,students and faculty members, in each and every step and I look forward for the same collaboration and support in the future so that we will be able to face the challenges with steadfast confidence and fortitude.
